、前記回転数検出器の出力信号が所定値以下とな
つた場合に前記アクチユエータへの給電を遮断す
るエンジン停止手段を設けると共にスタータモー
タの始動操作に連動して始動時には前記エンジン
停止手段が作動しないように構成したことを特徴
