Claims (1)
- 定電流源と、コンデンサの一端及び他端を夫々
前記定電流源及び基準電位に接続するモードと前
記コンデンサの一端を定電流源から切り離して基
準電位に接続しかつ他端を基準電位から切り離し
て前記定電流源に接続するモードとの間で切り替
えを行うスイツチ部と、前記コンデンサの両端電
圧の差分を取り出す差動アンプと、この差動アン
プの出力電圧を入力電圧とするシユミツトトリガ
回路と、このシユミツトトリガ回路の出力に基づ
いて前記スイツチ部に切り替え指令を出力するス
イツチ駆動部とを有してなることを特徴とする電
圧制御発振器。
