Claims (1)
- 超伝導コイルにより発生する高磁場を遮へいす
るために超伝導体のマイナス効果を利用する超伝
導磁気シールド装置において、磁気を遮へいする
ための温度１００ｋ前後で超伝導状態となるセラ
ミツクス系高温度超伝導体よりなる複数枚の板部
材、同板部材が上記超伝導コイルを囲むように保
持される伝熱板、および上記板部材の面に配設さ
れ同板部材を冷却するための極低温流体を通す配
管を備えたことを特徴とする超伝導磁気シールド
装置。
