れた電圧以下になつたことを前記電圧検出手段が
検出すると前記スイツチングトランジスタをON
状態に制御するように構成したことを特徴とする

電圧を安定化するための電圧制限抵抗器と、出力
電圧制御コンパレータと、可変定電流回路と前記
入力電圧が予め決められた電圧以下になつた時を
