挿入され、その出力電流による電圧降下を検出す
る第１の電圧検出手段と、上記電流制御手段の出
力端電圧を分圧すると共に、この分圧電圧を任意
に設定できる第２の電圧検出手段と、回路出力電
圧と上記第２の電圧検出手段の分圧電圧とを比較
する比較手段とを備え、この比較手段の出力を前
記電流制御手段の制御入力とし、該電流制御手段
を通した出力電流が設定値以上に流れないように
