Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce assembling processes for the title seat and the number of parts therefor, by a method wherein both a pad support for a pad with air-permeability and having a number of ventilation holes on the side of the pad which communicate with hollow ventilating-pathways, and a means for blowing the air into the ventilating-pathways are provided. CONSTITUTION:When a ventilating fan 11 is driven, the air entering a largish ventilation opening 10 in a pad support 3 is led into each of ventlating-pathways 7 out of a cavity part 9 and enters the inside of a pad 2 with air-permeability through ventilation holes 8. After that, the air is passed through a surface skin 1 and exhausted outward, and thus a person seated is notmosity. Since a plurality of the hollow ventilation holes 7 branching are simultaneously molded when the pad support 3 is molded, it is not necessary to form an air chamber independently, and sealing for making airtight each part in the air chamber is also made unnecessary. Therefore, the assembling processes for the title seat and the number of parts therefor can be reduced and the design therefor is made easy. In addition, working efficiency for assembling is improved and the space therefor can be made small.

[Prior Art] Conventional ventilation structures for automobile seats include opening vent holes in the seat cushion and seat back pad, forming an air chamber at the rear of the vent hole, and supplying air from a near conditioner to this air chamber. It is known that a duct is connected to the air chamber so that cold or warm air supplied to the air chamber is blown out from the air hole.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in the conventional car seat ventilation structure described above, the air chamber is provided by using separate parts, and each part of this air chamber is sealed to improve the sealing performance. There are problems in that it has to be shaped like a balloon, requires many steps to assemble, and has a large number of parts, making it difficult to design, as well as requiring space.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a pad having breathability, a hollow air passage that supports the pad, and a large number of air holes on the side of the pad that communicate with the air passage. The present invention is characterized by comprising a pad support having a pad support, and an air blowing means for blowing air into the ventilation passage of the pad support.

C effect The hollow air passage of the copad support can be molded at the same time as the pad support is molded, and since the air blowing means is attached to this air passage, the conventional air chamber is no longer necessary, and the assembly process can be reduced. This makes it possible to reduce the number of parts and the number of parts, and also requires less space.
