Claims (1)
てなるインダクタンス素子と、誘電体基板の両面
に導電パターンを形成し、少なくともインダクタ
ンス素子実装面側の導電パターンをそれぞれ独立
した短冊状パターンとしたコンデンサ基板とを備
え、前記短冊状パターン上に、所定の圧力を加え
ることにより内部の導電体粒子が一方向に配列し
て該導電シートの上下面が導通状態となり前記イ
ンダクタンス素子上の螺旋状の導電パターンと短
冊状パターンとを電気的に接続する異方向性導電
シートを配したことを特徴とする電磁遅延線。 An inductance element that has a conductive pattern spirally formed on the surface of a magnetic rod, and a capacitor that has conductive patterns formed on both sides of a dielectric substrate, and at least the conductive patterns on the side where the inductance element is mounted are independent strip-shaped patterns.
