に複数の第2の電極を並設し、かつ複数の互いに
同一材料から成る抵抗体を絶縁基板の二つの長辺

1の電極およびそれに対応する二つの第2の電極
間にそれぞれまたがるように設け、そして各抵抗
体の中心部で見た第1の電極とそのすぐ隣の第2
の電極間の部分の長さを前記二つの第2の電極間
の部分の長さよりも大きくし、かつ前者の部分の
幅を後者の部分の幅よりも小さくし、それによつ
て前記絶縁基板上に、複数の互いに同じ抵抗値の
直列抵抗とその所定倍の抵抗値を持つ複数の並列
抵抗とを有するラダー形抵抗回路を構成している
