明板材の表面の低温プラズマ処理により得られた
反射光防止層に対し、層面の保護のための覆面体
を有することを特徴とする反射光防止機能を有す
る透明板材。 (2) 覆面体が極細の繊維を格子状に織成したも
のである請求項(1)に記載の反射光防止機能を有
する透明板材。 (3) 覆面体が塗料類を格子状あるいはドツト状
にスクリーン印刷したものである請求項(1)に記
載の反射光防止機能を有する透明板材。 (4) 覆面体が導電性を付与されていることを特
徴とする請求項(1)〜(3)に記載の反射光防止機能
