本発明は、ビタミンC誘導体とカム質とセルロース系高
分子を配合することを特徴とし、皮膚に対しては優れた
美白効果を有し、且つ保湿効果か高く、安定性の高い化

が固まり沈澱を生じたり、ノニオン性の高分子と併用し
た場合、経時で粘度が低下し、保湿効果かそこなわれる
欠点があった。これらの現象は、ビタミンC誘導体の配
合量を増やすと顕著であり、十分な美白効果、保湿効果

欠点を改良するべく鋭意研究を重ねた結果、ビタミンC
誘導体とカム質及びセルロース系高分子を配合すること
により、経時安定性、保湿効果を損なうことのない、美
白効果に優れた化粧料が得られることを見い出し、本発

本発明に適用されるビタミンC誘導体(以下、VC誘導

ン酸硫酸エステル等か挙げられ、具体例としては、パル
ミチン酸Lアスコルビル、イソパルミチン酸し一アスコ
ルビル、シバルミチン酸し一アスコルビル、シイソノ々
ルミチン酸し一アスコルビル、ステアリン酸しアスコル
ビル、イソステアリン酸し一アスコルヒル、ジステアリ
ン酸し一アスコルヒル、ジイソステアリン酸し一アスコ
ルビル、ミリスチン酸しアスコルビル、イソミリスチン
酸し一アスコルビル、シミリスチン酸し一アスコルビル
、ジイソミリスチン酸し一アスコルビル、2−エチルヘ
キサン酸し一アスコルビル、ジ2−エチルヘキサン酸し
一アスコルビノペオレイン酸し一アスコルビル、ジオレ
イン酸し一アスコルビル等のし一アスコルビン酸アルキ
ルエーテル、L−アスコルビン酸−2−リン酸エステル
、L−アスコルビン酸−3リン酸エステル、DL−α−
トコフェノール2−L−アスコルビン酸リン酸ジエステ
ル等のし一アスコルビン酸リン酸エステル、L−アスコ
ルビン酸−2=硫酸エステル、L−アスコルビン酸−3
−硫酸エステル等のし一アスコルビン酸硫酸エステル等
が挙げられ、これらの1種又は2種以上を混合して用い
られるものである。また、本発明に於いては、これらの
塩も使用可能であり、ナトリウム塩、カリウム塩等のア
ルカリ金属塩、カルシウム塩、マグネシウム塩等のアル

られたものでも使用可能であり、市販されているビタミ

ドなどがあげられ、これらの1種又は2種以上を混合し
て用いられる。上記のガム質のなかでも、特にキサンタ
ンガムが好適である。ガム質の配合量は、化粧料全量中
の0.001−10重量%が好ましいが、化粧料として
、しつとりさを保持しつつ、べたつきや経時による変臭
、変色をおこさない点で0.O1〜5重量%配合が特に
