第２図は従来の混成集積回路装置の基板とトラン
ジスタの展開斜視図である。図において、１は厚
膜混成集積回路基板、２〜４，７は導体パターン
、５，６はスルーホール、８は放熱板で、接地面
である。９はコレクタ端子、１０はトランジスタ
、１１はベース端子、１２，１３はエミツタ端子
、１４は回路基板の凹部で、トランジスタを設置
する部分である。

ジスタの展開斜視図である。図において、１は厚
膜混成集積回路基板、２〜４，７は導体パターン
、５，６はスルーホール、８は放熱板で、接地面

、１１はベース端子、１２，１３はエミツタ端子
、１４は回路基板の凹部で、トランジスタを設置
する部分である。

- 高周波厚膜混成集積回路において、接地面と導
通したリード端子を有するトランジスタを基板に
融着したことを特徴とする厚膜混成集積回路装置
。
