は振動子の温度特性図、第８図及び第９図は本考
案の他の実施例を示すもので、第８図は超音波式
霧化装置の概略構成図、第９図は電磁ポンプの流
量変化図、第１０図及び第１１図は従来例を示す
もので、第１０図は振動子の温度特性図、第１１
図は消毒液の温度特性図である。 図中、１……振動子、４……ホーン、４ａ……
振動出力面、８……電磁ポンプ、１０……温度セ

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 高周波信号を印加することによつて振動を
    発生する振動子と、振動子に一端を連結され、且
    つ振動子で発生した振動の振幅を拡大しその他端
    の振動出力部から出力する柱状のホーンとを備え
    、該振動出力部に供給された液体を出力振動によ
    つて霧化する超音波式霧化装置において、 前記振動子の周辺温度を検出する温度検出手段
    を有し、且つ該温度検出手段の検出温度に基づい
    て前記振動子の発生振動の振幅を変える振幅制御
    手段を設けた ことを特徴とする超音波式霧化装置。 (2) 高周波信号を印加することによつて振動を
    発生する振動子と、振動子に一端を連結され、且
    つ該一端から入力した振動子の発生振動の振幅を
    拡大しその他端の振動出力部から出力する柱状の
    ホーンと、該振動出力部に液体を供給する液体供
    給手段とを備え、ホーンの振動出力部に供給され
    た液体を出力振動によつて霧化する超音波式霧化
    装置において、 前記振動子の周辺温度を検出する温度検出手段
    を有し、且つ該温度検出手段の検出温度に基づい
    て前記液体供給手段の流量を変える流量制御手段
    を設けた ことを特徴とする超音波式霧化装置。
