記論理回路部と入出力部とを介して接続された測
定部制御回路と、この測定部制御回路と接続され
前記布線検査治具の各検査ピンおよび各接続ピン
と接触して測定する検査ピン側プローブおよび接
続ピン側プローブと、前記検査プローブ及び接続
