After positioning the printing plate main body on the mount film, conventional methods for attaching the printing plate main body include adhering adhesive tape 13 around the printing plate main body while holding it down, and fixing the base part of the printing plate main body and the mount film.
Alternatively, double-sided adhesive tape was applied in advance to the back surface of the printing plate main body, and this was placed on the mounting film and pressed and adhered.

However, with either method, if the adhesive strength of the adhesive tape is weak, there is a risk that the printing plate itself will peel off from the mounting film due to the centrifugal force that acts on the printing plate body during high-speed printing. When the surface of a printing plate is washed to remove ink and then stored while attached to a mounting film, the washing water enters between the main body of the printing plate and the mounting film and remains, which may flow out during the next printing. There was a risk of staining the printed surface. Attempts have been made to attach the mount film and the main body of the printing plate by integrally bonding them together using a high-frequency welder, but the material of the mount film is polyester, and the surface of the main body of the printing plate is made of a uniform urethane resin base. Because it was covered, high frequency welding could not be performed.

The present invention solves the above problem by welding and fixing the main body of the printing plate to the base film. The base part is formed around the mount part, and the base film is exposed and stretched around the base part. Weld the outer periphery to the mount film.

The base film 11 is completed with exposed around the base part 23, so if this is positioned on the mount film and the surrounding area is welded using a high frequency welder or the like, it will be easily welded and integrally joined. By forming the line 80 around the outer periphery of the printing plate main body, the conventional problem of cleaning water entering between the printing plate main body and the mount film can be solved.

The base portion 23 is strongly adhered to the polyester base film 11 by the adhesive force of the resin itself or by the adhesive force of an adhesive applied to the base film if necessary, so that a relief is formed as shown in FIG. The portion 21, the mount portion 22, and the base portion 23 are integrally formed of photocurable resin. In the case of a printing plate for corrugated paper, the thickness h 1 of the base portion 23 is approximately 2.0 mm.
It is preferable that the thickness h 2 of the mount portion 22 is approximately 2.5 mm, and the thickness h 3 of the relief portion 21 is approximately 2 mm.
