For example, a plurality of cores (this number is referred to as the number of cores), such as 32 cores, are arranged in the longitudinal direction. This terminal insertion hole 1a
has a rectangular pin insertion opening 1b into which an IC pin is inserted on one side in the transverse direction of the frame l, and a circular opening 1c on the other side, and the size of the opening area is teeth,
Compared to the cross-sectional area of the cylinder of the terminal insertion hole 1a, the pin insertion hole 1
b is small and opening 1c is large. A 7-shaped groove 1cl is provided along the lateral direction at the center position of the terminal insertion holes 1a adjacent to each other on both sides in the longitudinal direction, and this V-shaped groove 1cl is provided at both ends in the longitudinal direction. It has a tapered shape that matches the shape of Id.

Since a plurality of, for example 32, are arranged in a row in the longitudinal direction, the longitudinal direction is considerably longer than the transverse direction. Further, the terminal insertion hole 1a is formed with a pin insertion hole 1b on one side in the transverse direction of the frame 1 and an opening 1c on the other side, and the opening area is larger than that of the opening 1c. Since it is larger than the pin insertion opening 1b, the volume of the molded portion is larger on one side where the pin insertion opening 1b is located than on the other side where the opening 1c is located. That is, the frame 1 has a so-called half-walled shape in the width direction and is considerably long in the length direction.

Moreover, this warpage 1e becomes even larger when the fitting portion 2c of the terminal fitting 2 is ultrasonically welded to the opening 1c of the frame 1.

A frame made of synthetic resin in which a plurality of terminal insertion holes are arranged in a row in the longitudinal direction at the same pitch, each having a pin insertion hole on the blade side and an opening with a larger opening area than the pin insertion hole on the other side; A terminal fitting has a pin receiving part and a terminal part, and a fitting part made of synthetic resin is integrally molded in the center part, and the terminal fitting is inserted into each terminal insertion hole, and the pin receiving part is inserted into the pin insertion hole. In a connecting device which faces an insertion port and has a fitting portion fitted into an opening and fixed by ultrasonic welding, a groove is provided between mutually adjacent pin insertion ports of the frame.

This is to eliminate the situation where the pin insertion opening 1b is smaller than the opening 1c, so that the short side of the frame 1 is left blank. Therefore, its size and shape are limited to those of this embodiment. First, it is determined so as to correct the difference in size between the pin insertion hole 1b and the opening 1c and balance the volume of the molded portion in the short length direction.

支障なく行える接続具となる。In such a connecting tool, a groove 1f is provided on the outside of the center between the mutually adjacent pin insertion holes lb of the frame 1, and the volume of the molded part in the short hair direction is balanced, so that the molding process of the frame 1 is easy. Furthermore, when the terminal fitting 2 is ultrasonically welded to the frame 1, the warp 1e that occurs in the longitudinal direction of the frame 1 can be suppressed, and the connecting fitting can be mounted on a printed circuit board without any trouble.

Its effectiveness has been proven.

In this case, if there is a groove 1f as in the present invention, separation can be performed more easily, and furthermore, the cutting burr at that time is in the groove I.
Since it does not come out from F, the divided burr will not hit the rC to be installed.

It will no longer hit C.
