- 金属基板で作製され、振動を感知するカンチレ
バーと、前記金属基板の表面に形成された電気的
絶縁層部に設けられ、前記カンチレバーに配置さ
れたひずみゲージおよび該ひずみゲージの検出信
号を処理する回路とを具備する加速度センサ。
