Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 振動手段と、振動手段上に絶縁層を介して
固定的に設けられた検出電極とを備え、検出電極
が振動手段の振動に伴つて振動され、該検出電極
の測定対象表面との間の容量の変化に基づいて表
面電位を検出する装置において、 少なくとも一部が前記振動手段に接着されたフ
レキシブルプリント基板を備え、該フレキシブル
プリント基板上に形成された検出電極パターンが
前記検出電極を構成しており、かつ前記フレキシ
ブルプリント基板上には、検出電極パターンに連
なつて引出電極パターンが形成されていることを
特徴とする、表面電位検出装置。 (2) 前記振動手段は圧電音叉であり、該圧電音
叉の振動の節上に延びるように前記引出電極パタ
ーンが形成されている、実用新案登録請求の範囲
第１項記載の表面電位検出装置。
