Claims (1)
第1および第2の磁気抵抗効果素子と、該第1お
よび第2の磁気抵抗素子にそれぞれ直列接続した
第1および第2の抵抗と、直列接続した前記磁気
抵抗効果素子および前記抵抗へおのおの実質的に
相等しい電流を供給するカレントミラー回路と、
直列接続した前記磁気抵抗効果素子および電気抵
抗の前記カレントミラー回路との各接続点の電圧
を比較してその大小を示す出力信号を発するコン
パレータと、該コンパレータの出力信号に応答し
て前記第1および第2の抵抗の両端間を交互にオ
ンオフするスイツチ手段とを備えていることを特
