Claims (1)
列回路を、負荷抵抗器13を介して電圧源14に
接続するか、又は直接電流源19に接続すると共
に、前記検出抵抗器12の両端に発生する電圧信
号と基準電圧発生器18からの基準電圧とをアナ
ログ・デジタル変換回路15に供給し、該アナロ
グ・デジタル変換回路による前記電圧信号に対応
するアナログ・デジタル変換値に基づいて前記セ
ンサ11の抵抗値を検出してなることを特徴とす
