【表】DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to novel dentifrice compositions. Specifically, the present invention relates to a dentifrice composition containing polyglycerin fatty acid ester as a highly safe cleaning foaming agent. (Field of Industrial Application) The dentifrice composition of the present invention has extremely low irritation to the skin and mucous membranes, and is particularly useful for cleaning the oral cavity, which requires the inclusion of a highly safe cleaning foaming agent. Polyglycerin fatty acid ester is a very important emulsifier that creates a strong O/W and W/O emulsification system with excellent foaming power as a food additive with no restrictions on use, and has excellent salt resistance and acid resistance. . (Prior art) Surfactants used as cleaning foaming agents in toothpaste compositions have a cleaning effect on the toothpaste, promote the dispersion and penetration of the medicinal agents contained in the toothpaste, have a dispersion effect on the toothpaste itself, and create foam in the mouth due to foaming. It enhances properties such as spreading effect. Most of the surfactants used in toothpastes are anionic surfactants such as sodium alkyl sulfate, sodium acylsarcosine, and α-olefin sulfonate. Sodium lauroyl sarcosine causes peeling of the oral mucosa when added at a concentration of 0.5% or more, while α-olefin sulfonate and sodium lauryl sulfate cause some problems such as irritation of the oral mucosa and inactivation of enzymes added to toothpaste. be. Furthermore, there is a problem in that the taste of food or drinks tastes different when ingested after brushing the teeth. (Problem to be solved by the invention) On the other hand, nonionic surfactants are generally less irritating to the skin and mucous membranes than anionic surfactants, and are less likely to be inactivated by enzymes. . Examples of nonionic surfactants used in toothpaste include sucrose fatty acid ester, polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester, polyoxyethylene stearyl alcohol ether, polyoxyethylene monofatty acid ester, and polyoxyethylene sucrose fatty acid ester. .
Sucrose fatty acid ester is a highly safe nonionic surfactant that is permitted as a food additive and has extremely low irritation to the skin and mucous membranes. It hardly foams when used as a toothpaste and has an extremely comfortable feel when used. It has bad drawbacks. Other nonionic surfactants are hypoallergenic and have been used as cosmetic emulsifiers, but some safety concerns remain. (Means for Solving the Problems) As a result of intensive research aimed at developing a surfactant that fully satisfies the role of a toothpaste cleansing foaming agent and has excellent safety, the present inventors discovered that polyglycerin We have developed a toothpaste composition containing fatty acid ester as a cleansing foaming agent. That is, the present invention uses polyglycerin fatty acid ester, which is a food additive that has excellent cleaning power and foaming power when used as a toothpaste, is highly safe, and has no restrictions on use.
It is characterized by being blended as a cleaning foaming agent. The polyglycerin fatty acid ester used in the present invention is a polyglycerin fatty acid ester having an average degree of polymerization of 6 to 5,000, such as hexaglycerin, decaglycerin, eicosaglycerin, triacontaglycerin, pentacontaglycerin, and heptacontaglycerin. Fatty acids used in polyglycerin fatty acid ester include caproic acid, capric acid, caprylic acid,
Saturated or unsaturated, straight-chain or branched fatty acids with 6 to 24 carbon atoms, such as lauric acid, myristic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, behenic acid, oleic acid, and coconut fatty acids, especially those with 12 to 24 carbon atoms.
16 saturated or unsaturated, straight or branched chain fatty acids are preferred. These fatty acids may be used alone or in mixtures thereof. The polyglycerin fatty acid ester of the present invention is polyglycerin mono-, di-,
Tri-, tetra-, hepta-, hexa-, hepta-, octa-, nona-, and deca-fatty acid esters, among which mono-, di-, and tri-fatty acid esters are preferred. These can be used alone or in mixtures. Other dentifrice components used in the present invention, ie, abrasives, include dibasic calcium phosphate, sodium metaphosphate, calcium carbonate, sodium silicate, magnesium carbonate, and aluminum hydroxide. As the binder, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, methylcellulose, sodium alginate, carrageenan, gum arabic, gum tragacanth, bentonite, silicic anhydride, etc. are used. Glycerin, sorbitol, propylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, cyclodextrin, etc. are used as wetting agents. The dentifrice composition of the present invention contains medicinal agents such as fluoride, aluminum allantoinate, glycyrrhizinate, lysozyme, and salt, sweeteners such as saccharin sodium, sugar, and syrup, preservatives, fragrances, and pigments. can do. (Function) The fatty acid ester of polyglycerin of the present invention is a fatty acid ester of polyglycerin with an average degree of polymerization of 6 to 5000, so it is extremely hydrophilic, has a high HLB, lowers surface tension, and has high penetration power and foaming power. Because of its great characteristics, it promotes the cleaning effect when using toothpaste, promotes the dispersion and penetration of medicinal agents, the dispersion effect of toothpaste itself, and the spreading effect of foaming foam. Next, the present invention will be explained with reference to examples. Example 1 A toothpaste was prepared in a conventional manner using the following formulation. Ingredients Weight % Dicalcium phosphate dihydrate 45.0 Carboxymethyl cellulose 0.4 Carrageenan 0.6 Glycerin 11.0 Sorbitol 9.0 Water 30.7 Decaglycerin monolaurate 2.1 Flavoring 0.9 Satucalin sodium 0.2 Preservative 0.1 Example 2 Proceed according to the conventional method using the following formulation. I adjusted my toothpaste. Ingredients Weight % Calcium carbonate 40.0 Carboxymethylcellulose 0.5 Carrageenan 0.5 Glycerin 10.0 Sorbitol 10.0 Water 30.7 Triacondaclycerin monomyristate 2.5 Flavor 1.0 Sodium saccharin 0.2 Preservative 0.1 Example 3 Toothpaste was prepared according to the conventional method using the following formulation. did. Ingredients Weight % Dicalcium phosphate dihydrate 45.0 Carrageenan 1.0 Glycerin 10.0 Sorbitol 10.0 Water 29.24 Triacontaglycerin monococonut fatty acid ester
1.5 Sodium metaphosphate 2.0 Flavoring 1.0 Sodium saccharin 0.2 Preservative 0.03 Dextranase 0.03 Example 4 Three male and two female volunteers used the toothpaste obtained in Examples 1, 2, and 3. We then conducted a toothbrushing test and completed a questionnaire regarding the feeling of use (cleanliness, foaming) and the flavor of drinking orange juice after using the toothpaste. The results are shown in Table 1. We also conducted similar tests on commercially available toothpastes and presented the results. (Effects of the present invention) Polyglycerin fatty acid ester, which is the cleaning foaming agent of the present invention, is a food additive with no restrictions on use, so it causes almost no irritation to the skin and mucous membranes, and is safe, so it can be used easily when brushing teeth. Even if you drink it, there is no problem with the safety of the surfactant. Furthermore, it has good cleaning effects, dispersion of medicinal agents, promotion of penetration, and foaming properties, is easy to rinse, and does not change the taste of food or juice after use. 【table】
