Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は、電線、導電ケーブル、管などのよ
うな長尺の品物を印し付けるに使用され、中央部
分および端部分を有する材料の実質的に平らで細
長い片からなり、前記端部分が、開口を備え、前
記端部分がさらに、前記開口を実質的に軸線方向
真直な位置に動かすために、前記中央部分に対し
て曲げることができ、前記開口の間の前記中央部
分が、標識を付けるに適した、標示体に関する。
現在の規則によれば、電線、導電ケーブル、加
圧流体管の標示は、永久的であつて読み易いよう
な方法でなされなければならない。
そのための多くの標示体が、すでに知られてい
るが、例えばラベル枠は、大なり小なり複雑な設
計のものである。印刷された標識を持つスリーブ
形状の部材も知られているが、これは、電線など
のまわりに押しばめされる。
単線のかかる標示は、一般に、個個のスリーブ
によつて達成され、これが、個個に電線に取付け
られる。しかしながら、その際には欠点として、
標示のための個個の要素が、互に独立して、電線
のまわりを回転でき、かつ電線に沿つて移動で
き、その結果として、例えば、個個の文字が分離
したときに、標示が誤つて解釈されるおそれがあ
る。この欠点は、単一の連続したスリーブに標識
のすべての文字等を付して置くことによつて、克
服できるが、そのためには、文字の組合わせの変
化および電線、ケーブルおよび管の種類の直径を
考慮して、多量の標示を取り揃えて保管する必要
がある。さらに、この種のスリーブに印刷された
標識は、保護されていないから、しばしば、部分
的にこすり取られ、またごみ不明瞭になる。
別の種類の公知の標示スリーブは、標識を付け
たラベルまたはストリツプを挿入するようになつ
ている。この種の或る標示スリーブは、挿入され
たラベルがスリーブから落ちるという欠点を有
し、この種のスリーブの別の形式のものは、別個
の複雑な取付け手段を必要とし、これによつて、
標示が高価で複雑なものになる。
別の知られている形式の標示体は、氏名、住所
などを示すラベルを挿入するラベル保持具であ
る。このような標示体は、例えば、貨物の荷札と
して使用される。この場合にも、標示すべき品物
にラベルを取付けるために、特別の取付け手段が
必要である。この一般的な形式のラベル保持具
は、英国特許第556760号明細書に示されている。
仏国特許第873434号明細書に開示されている標
示体は、円形または部分円形の開孔を備えた端部
分を有し、この端部分は、標識を備えた中央部分
に対して曲げられている。
英国特許第1399004号明細書には、袋の首を閉
じれための標示体が開示され、この標示体も、標
識を備えることができる。この標示体は、内向き
に突出する可撓性の多くのタブを定めるように、
共通の中心点から外向きに放射する多くのスリツ
トを備える。タブは、袋の首のまわりに係合し
て、これを弾性に把持できる。
この発明の目的は、安価に製造され、標示しよ
うとする品物に極めて容易に取付けできる、極め
て簡単な標示体を提供することにある。この発明
の別の目的は、品物に沿つて容易に変位でき、所
望の位置で品物に極めてしつかりと取付けでき
る、標示体を提供することにある。
この発明の別の目的は、標示しようとする品物
の直径の変化に順応でき、故に、電線、ケーブル
または管の広い直径範囲をおおうに必要な寸法の
数がかなり低減するような、標示体を提供するこ
とにある。かくして、使用者は、少数の異なる寸
法を貯蔵するだけでよい。
これらの目的は、表示体が、少くとも軽く弾性
的な材料で作られ、それで、この材料が、曲げら
れた端部分を真直に戻す傾向を有し、各開口が、
標示体の端部分に向つてくさび形状で先細にな
り、前記中央部分の近くに位置する開口の広い端
部は、標示体の端部分が中央部分に対して曲げら
れたときに、開口が長尺の品物を容易に収容でき
るような、寸法を有し、開口のせまい部分は、標
示体の前記端部分が真直に戻されたときに、開口
の側縁が長尺の品物に摩擦できるような、寸法を
有する、前述した種類の標示体によつて達成され
る。
この発明の実施例を示す図面を参照しながら、
この発明について以下に詳述する。
第３図に示される実施例において、標示体１
は、プラスチツクのような、透明でかつ望ましく
は軽く弾性的な材料からなる。標示体は、ほぼ長
方形の細長い形状を有し、その中央部分３には、
標識４が書込まれまたは印刷される。両端におい
て、標示体は、丸められた出張り部分９を備え、
この部分に設けられた開口５は、標示体の端部に
向つて先細になるくさび状の形状を有する。開口
のこの形状によつて、標示体は、開口の広い端部
の幅から開口のせまい端部の幅までの直径を備え
た電線などに使用できる。第４ａ図に示すように
標示体を曲げたときには、これは、開口の広い部
分を通る電線７に沿つて容易に変位できる。第４
ｂ図に示すように平らにされたときには、材料の
弾性によつて、標示体は、開口の先細側部の間に
くさび込んだ電線を保持する。開口５のこの形
は、勿論、この発明による標示体の他の任意の実
施例に適用できる。
前述した実施例による表示体の製造は、射出成
形によつて、若しくは直方形の中空部を有する型
の中への押出された材料の打抜きによつて達成で
きる。標示体はまた、薄いシートの形状の平らな
弾性的ポリ塩化ビニル材料から直接に打抜くこと
もできる。両製造方法において、材料の細いブリ
ツジを各標示体の間に残すことができる。この方
法によれば、標示体は、ロール、ストリツプまた
はシートの形状で貯蔵して、使用の際に破断で得
ることができ、そののちに出張り部分が、電線、
ケーブルなどに標示体を配置するために曲げられ
る。
或る応用面に対して、この発明による標示体
は、標示テープに打出し文字を形成するための打
出し工具に使用されると同様のテープから製造で
きる。このような工具１５は、第１図に図解的に
図示され、テープ１７に打出し文字を形成するた
めの打出し円板１６を備える。この種の打出し工
具は、打出されたテープを所要の長さに切断する
ためのカツタを具備する。この発明による標示体
を作るため、この工具はまた、各標示体の端部に
開口５を打抜くための打抜具を備えることができ
る。
第２図に図示されるように、標示体は、これの
列の端部にブリツジ部分１９を残すようにして、
適当なプラスチツク材料のシート１８から打抜く
こともでき、この標示体は、ブリツジ部分を破断
することによつて、シートから取外しできる。こ
の実施例は、標示体における適当な標識と、標示
体を取付けるべき設備の構成部分の標示とを、シ
ートに印刷できるから、例えば大きな電気設備に
おいて、特に有利である。この方式によれば、適
当な標示体が、設備作業の各段階で入手できるか
ら、或る電線またはケーブルの標示体取付けを失
する危険が少ない。
第３図による実施例では、標示体は、第２図の
実施例と同様に、プラスチツク材料のシート２０
から打抜かれるが、これから完全には分離しな
い。この際にシート２０では、標示体の見分け標
識を構成する銘が、標示体を形成する材料の個個
の打抜かれたストリツプの中央部分を構成する区
域に印刷される。容易に破断できる連結ブリツジ
２１は、各標示体の端部に残る。
シート２０の適当な材料は、打抜かれた標示体
に所要程度の弾性を付与するに十分な厚さを持
つ、ポリエステルである。ポリエステルの１つの
利点は、火事の場合に塩酸を全く放出しないこと
である。標示体の引掻きに耐える標識は、ポリエ
ステルのきれいで透明なシートの１面に、標識を
裏返しで印刷し、その後に、シートの他面から見
たときに標識を目立たせるために、前記１面に不
透明な被覆を付着させることによつて、得られ
る。例えば、黒く印刷されたときに、被覆は、望
ましくは、白または淡色に着色される。
この発明は、上述した実施例に限定されるもの
ではなく、特許請求の範囲に記載の発明の要旨の
中で変型できる。
【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は、材料の連続ストリツプから、この発
明による標示体を製造するための、工具の斜視図
である。第２図は、標示体が印刷され部分的に打
抜かれた、シート材料の一部分を示す図である。
第３図は、打抜き形成されたけれども、材料のシ
ートから完全には分離されていない、この発明に
よる標示体を示す図である。第４ａ図および第４
ｂ図は、電線に沿つて変位できるように曲げられ
たとき、およびくさび作用によつて電線に取付け
られるように真直にされたときの、第３図の標示
体をそれぞれ示す図である。 図面において、１は標示体、３は中央部分、５
は開口、７は長尺の品物、９は端部分を示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １ 電線、導電ケーブル、管などのような長尺の
    品物を印し付けるに使用され、中央部分３および
    端部分９を有する材料の実質的に平らで細長い片
    １からなり、前記端部分が、開口５を備え、前記
    端部分がさらに、前記開口を実質的に軸線方向真
    直な位置に動かすために、前記中央部分に対して
    曲げることができ、前記開口５の間の前記中央部
    分３が、標識を付けるに適した、標示体におい
    て、標示体が、少くとも軽く弾性的な材料で作ら
    れ、そこでこの材料が、曲げられた端部分９を真
    直に戻す傾向を有し、各開口５が、標示体１の端
    部に向つてくさび形状で先細になり、前記中央部
    分３の近くに位置する開口５の広い端部は、標示
    体の端部分が中央部分３に対して曲げられたとき
    に、開口が長尺の品物７を容易に収容できるよう
    な、寸法を有し、開口５のせまい部分は、標示体
    １の前記端部分が真直に戻されたときに、開口の
    側縁が長尺の品物７に摩擦係合するような、寸法
    を有することを、特徴とする標示体。 ２ 標示体が、一様な厚さの材料の平らな片から
    作られ、前記中央部分３が、例えばその一面に付
    与された印刷の形で、標識を付けるに適する、特
    許請求の範囲第１項に記載の標示体。 ３ 可撓性の軽く弾性的な材料のシート１８，２
    ０に、標示体の標識をそれぞれ構成する多くの相
    離して印刷された銘を設け、各端に開口５を備え
    た細長い材料の形の標示体を、印刷された各銘の
    まわりの材料の打抜きによつて形成し、その際
    に、標示体をシートに連結されたままにするため
    に、容易に破断できる連結ブリツジ１９，２１を
    残した、特許請求の範囲第２項に記載の標示体。
