By the way, the roadside visual guide currently in use is a reflective material such as glass or plastic called a delineator, which is attached to a metal fitting.
Directly along the road, a large number of line-of-sight guide marks are installed at certain intervals on protective fences such as guardrails and guide lobes, roadside green stones in tunnels, and railings on bridges or elevated bridges. The way they are installed is focused solely on visual guidance, similar to center lines and lane markings on roads.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) In such a case, during the snowy season when the road surface is covered with snow, the road surface and drainage channels have a uniform planar shape due to the snow, and the lane marks are As the snow obscures the view and only the protruding protective fence is visible, many cars drive close to the protective fence, drop their wheels into the drainage canal, have their wheels slip on the shearbed snow, and are unable to exit the drainage canal onto the road. One of the major causes of traffic congestion is one that I often see.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In view of the above-mentioned current situation, the present invention provides a base for fixing line-of-sight guide marks made of elastic material at a required interval on a protective fence installed along the road side. is attached and fixed to each of the base parts, and the reflector part at the tip of the arm rod, which is fixed on the base side to each of the base parts and arranged in a horizontal arm tree shape with respect to the protective fence, reaches near the construction limit on the road. This is a method for preventing accidents on the road side, which is characterized in that the line guide sign made of elastic material can be used for line guidance and for indicating building limits.

(Function) According to the roadside accident prevention law according to the present invention,
The reflector part for guiding the line of sight in the line-of-sight guiding sign made of elastic material is fixed horizontally with arm rods to the protective fence installed along the road side. Because it has reached the vicinity of the construction limit between the drainage canals, etc. located along the
During normal times, except when it snows, it works like delineators installed on roadways to date, eliminating driver stress and anxiety, reducing fatigue, ensuring smooth traffic flow, and increasing traffic safety. The driver is informed of the structure and alignment of the road in the direction of travel, and when it snows, the reflector for guiding the line of sight is installed at approximately the same height as the protective fence, so it is easy to see from a place with good visibility. In place of lane markings, etc., the system not only informs the driver of the structure and alignment of the road in the direction of travel, but also clearly informs the driver of the approach limit position to a drainage ditch on the roadside that is no longer visible due to accumulated snow. It became possible to do so. In addition, because the main body of the line-of-sight guide is made of elastic material and can be bent, even if a car or other vehicle were to drop its wheels into a drainage ditch or the like and come into contact with the line-of-sight guide, it would not cause damage to the vehicle body. There is no risk of injury or personal injury.

By the way, as shown in the exploded view of FIG. 3, the line guide sign 10 made of elastic material in the above-mentioned accident prevention member C is based on the registration no.
Like the line-of-sight guidance specimen in Utility Model No. 1566359, it is made of elastic material, and as shown in Figure 1, it extends from the surface of the guardrail 61 to the building limit S at the boundary between the roadway 2 and the drainage channel 3. It has a length that allows a reflector section 15, which will be described later, to be arranged nearby, and although it is tapered, it is installed horizontally horizontally, and when looking at its cross-sectional shape, it is a plate whose vertical width is large in proportion to its narrow width. There is a screw 27 on the base side that will become clear from the description below.
(See Figure 2) Screw insertion holes 12, 12,...
... has been applied to the arm rod 11, and a recess 13 formed at the tip of the arm rod 11 in the flat part of a thick disc-shaped portion that is not thicker than the width of the base side of the arm rod 11.
A reflector part 15 is fitted with a reflective member 14 for guiding the line of sight, in which glass beads, uneven resin plates, etc. are embedded, or reflective paint etc. are applied.

When the above-mentioned accident prevention member C implementing the road side accident prevention method according to the present invention exhibits a remarkable effect, when the road surface, drainage furnace 3, etc. are uniformly covered with snow during the snowfall season. Even in such a case, the visual guide mark 10 made of an elastic material, which extends in the shape of a arm and maintains approximately the same height as the guardrail 61 , and whose tip end reflector part 15 reaches even above the side band 4, can be used. Since it is visible together with the protective fence B, it guides the driver in place of the lane divider installed on the road surface, and also informs the driver of the limit to which he can approach the roadside, and allows the driver to move his/her wheels to the drainage channel 3 installed on the roadside. Not only does it prevent accidents on the roadside during the snowy season, but unlike signs such as Lane Divider Y installed on side strips 4, it does not cause obstacles to snow removal work. Thanks in part to the addition of things that have disappeared, it has become possible to ensure smooth traffic and improve traffic safety.
