- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 超音波振動子によつて共振子を励振し、該
共振子の振動を利用してロータから回転力を取出
す超音波モータにおいて、 前記共振子を略円筒状の音響的振動特性の優れ
た素材で形成すると共に、 該共振子のロータ接触部に、耐摩耗性の優れた
リングを密嵌した ことを特徴とする超音波モータ。 (2) 前記リングを、鋼、セラミツクス等の高硬
度素材で形成したことを特徴とする請求項１に記
載の超音波モータ。 (3) 前記リングを、その表面に耐摩耗表面硬化
処理を施した構成としたことを特徴とする請求項
１又は２に記載の超音波モータ。
