管系統図、第４図はシユミレーシヨンをおこなつ
たプラントのシステムフロー、第５図は第４図の
システムをシユミレートするためのモデル構成図
、第６図および第７図はシユミレーシヨン結果に
よる各部の温度変化を示すグラフ、第８図はシユ
ミレートのためのモデルのパラメータおよび各部
の流量を示す表、第９図および第１０図はそれぞ
れ従来例の配管系統図である。 １……冷凍機（熱媒体生成器）、２……ポンプ
、３……供給側プラントの配管、４……需要家、
５……需要家用プラントの配管、１０……需要家

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 冷暖房用熱媒体を生成する熱媒体生成器お
よびその生成された熱媒体を送出するポンプを備
えた供給側プラントの配管と、上記熱媒体の保有
熱量を消費する需要家を並列に接続してなる冷暖
房熱源機械室外の配管とを熱媒体の循環経路を形
成するように接続してなる冷暖房熱源プラントの
熱媒体制御装置において、上記冷暖房熱源機械室
外の配管の適切な位置にバイパス路を設け、この
バイパス路に需要家側の熱負荷に応じて開閉制御
されるバイパス弁を介装したことを特徴とする冷
暖房熱源プラントの熱媒体制御装置。 (2) 上記バイパス弁の開閉条件は、需要家側熱
負荷が最小容量の熱媒体生成器の出力下限値以下
のとき開、出力下限値以上のとき閉に設定されて
いる請求項１に記載の冷暖房熱源プラントの熱媒
体制御装置。 (3) 上記バイパス弁を連続的に開度コントロー
ルして、供給側プラントからの送出圧力もしくは
需要家側プラントの配管の末端部の到達圧力を制
御するように構成されている請求項１に記載の冷
暖房熱源プラントの熱媒体制御装置。
