Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 水回路にその上流側から順次に冷却塔とボ
    イラを連結し、ボイラの下流側に端末空調ユニツ
    トを熱交換連結して、冷却塔又はボイラから水熱
    源を得て空調を行う空調システムにおいて、 互い並列な第１の水回路と第２の水回路とを冷
    却塔とボイラとの間の水回路に介在させ該第２の
    水回路に水熱交換可能な畜冷熱槽を連結し、 前記畜冷熱槽と熱交換連結され畜冷熱槽の畜冷
    と畜熱とを行うセンタヒートポンプユニツトと、 前記第１の水回路と第２の水回路を選択的に切
    換える開閉弁とを備えた、 ことを特徴とする空調システム。 (2) 水回路にその上流側から順次に冷却塔とボ
    イラを連結し、ボイラの下流側に端末空調ユニツ
    トを熱交換連結して、冷却塔又はボイラから水熱
    源を得て空調を行う空調システムにおいて、 互に並列な第１の水回路と第２の水回路とを冷
    却塔とボイラとの間の水回路に介在させ該第２の
    水回路に水熱交換可能な畜冷熱槽を連結し、 前記畜冷熱槽と熱交換連結され畜冷熱槽の畜冷
    と畜熱とを行うセンタヒートポンプユニツトと、 前記第１の水回路と第２の水回路を選択的に切
    換える開閉弁と、 ボイラと端末空調ユニツトとの間の水回路の温
    度を検出する水温センサと、 暖房時又は冷房時における前記水温センサの検
    出温度に対する制御の設定値を設定していて、暖
    房時又は冷房時において冷却塔又はボイラによる
    水熱源の供給と前記開閉弁の開閉制御と前記セン
    タヒートポンプユニツトの運転制御とを行つて該
    検出温度をフイードバツク制御する制御装置とを
    備えた、 ことを特徴とする空調システム。
