Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 駆動回路を駆動する発振器と、この発振器
    により駆動され、直流電圧を交流電圧に変換する
    駆動回路と、この駆動回路により駆動される圧電
    トランスと、この圧電トランスの出力電圧を整流
    平滑する整流平滑回路とを有する圧電トランスコ
    ンバータにおいて、 前記圧電トランスの入力電圧及び入力電流の位
    相差を検出し、前記位相差が零になるように、前
    記発振器を制御する位相検出部とを有することを
    特徴とする圧電トランスコンバータ。 (2) 駆動回路を駆動する発振器と、この発振器
    により駆動され、直流電圧を交流電圧に変換する
    駆動回路と、この駆動回路により駆動される圧電
    トランスと、この圧電トランスの出力電圧を整流
    平滑する整流平滑回路とを有する圧電トランスコ
    ンバータにおいて、 前記圧電トランスの入力電流を検出する電流検
    出回路と、 前記圧電トランスの入力電圧を検出する電圧検
    出回路と、 前記電流検出回路からの電流信号と前記電圧検
    出回路からの電圧信号との位相差を検出し、前記
    位相差が零になるように、前記発振器を制御する
    位相検出回路とを有することを特徴とする圧電ト
    ランスコンバータ。
