Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 間欠的に溶湯を供給する装置において、間
    欠給湯容器の溶湯レベル検出器と、前記検出され
    た溶湯レベルとあらかじめ設定されているレベル
    とを比較し設定レベルに制御するための信号を出
    力するレベル制御器と、前記レベル制御器の出力
    信号により前記間欠給湯容器への溶湯供給量を制
    御する電磁ポンプとを備え、前記間欠給湯容器の
    湯面制御を行つたことを特徴とする定湯面型間欠
    給湯装置。 (2) 前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載に
    おける間欠給湯容器は、その底に設けられた溶湯
    供給部にオリフイス部を備えたことを特徴とする
    定湯面型間欠給湯装置。 (3) 前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    間欠給湯容器には設定された時間だけ止め栓を開
    き鋳込湯量を供給制御する止め栓駆動装置を□備
    えたことを特徴とする定湯面型間欠給湯装置。 (4) 前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    間欠給湯容器に所定レベル以上溶湯が送湯された
    ときオーバフローするようにオーバフローダクト
    を備えたことを特徴とする定湯面型間欠給湯装置
    。
