Claims (1)
- フロツピイデイスク装置と、このフロツピイデ
イスク装置からデータを読み出すインターフエイ
ス回路と、前記フロツピイデイスク装置から直接
出力されるリードアナログ信号を増幅する増幅回
路と、前記増幅回路より出力されるリードアナロ
グ信号の平均電圧を出力する平均電圧発生回路と
、この平均電圧発生回路より出力される平均電圧
をもとにレベル低下のしきい値となる基準電圧を
発生する基準電圧発生回路と、前記増幅回路より
出力されるリードアナログ信号を前記基準電圧発
生回路から出力される基準電圧と比較するコンパ
レータと、このコンパレータより出力されるウイ
ンド信号と前記インターフエイス回路より出力さ
れるリードデータ信号との論理積をとるアンド回
路と、前記リードデータ信号から分周信号を出力
する分周回路と、前記アンド回路より出力される
リードデータ信号と前記分周信号のパルス間隔と
を測定するパルス間隔測定回路とを有することを
特徴とするフロツピイデイスク試験機。
