ンド信号と前記インターフエイス回路より出力さ
れるリードデータ信号との論理積をとるアンド回
路と、前記リードデータ信号から分周信号を出力
する分周回路と、前記アンド回路より出力される
リードデータ信号と前記分周信号のパルス間隔と
を測定するパルス間隔測定回路とを有することを
