ボデータに基づいて前記磁気ヘツドの位置決め制
御を行なう機能を有する磁気記録再生装置におい
て、 前記磁気ヘツドにより読出されたサーボデータ
からシンクデータを弁別するシンクデータ弁別手
段と、このシンクデータ弁別手段から出力される
シンクデータに同期してデータセパレート動作に
必要なパルス信号を生成するパルス信号生成手段
と、前記パルス信号に同期して前記シンクデータ
弁別手段から出力されるシンクデータをラツチす
るラツチ手段を備え、前記ラツチ手段の出力信号
に基づいて前記サーボデータの出力異常を指示す
る検知信号を出力する検知信号出力手段とを具備
したことを特徴とする磁気記録再生装置のサーボ
