のプツシユプル型電源装置の構成を示す回路図で
ある。第4図は従来のプツシユプル型電源装置に
おいて並列制御素子として用いたPNPトランジ
スタのエミツタ接地伝達静特性を示す特性線図で
ある。
1……入力端子、2……NPNトランジスタ(
直列制御素子)、3……出力端子、5……電界効
果トランジスタ(並列制御素子)、10……検出
制御部。
