図中、１は電圧制御発振器、２は３分割方向性
結合器、３はアツテネータ、４は位相検波器、５
はループフイルタ、６は終端器、７は主線路、８
は結合線路、９は方向性結合器である。なお図中
同一符号は同一、又は相当部分を示す。
