Abstract
Description
Claims (22)
- 1.(a)少なくとも約62〜約500の分子量を有するポリオール、約3〜約 40%; (b)ハロゲン化ポリオレフィン樹脂物質、ハロゲン化ビニル樹脂、エピヒドリ ン樹脂、ハロゲン化エポキシ樹脂、およびこれらの混合物から選ばれる樹脂であ り、約10,000〜約30,000の分子量、または約150〜約350°F の軟化点を有する該樹脂、 約0.5〜約40%; (c)界面活性剤、約0.05〜約15%;(d)1〜3のアミン官能価を有す る第一、第二および第三脂肪族アミンおよびこれらの混合物から選ばれるアミン ;および (e)約30〜約95%の水 から成る水性塗料組成物であり、該組成物中における全不揮発物含量が約5重量 %未満であり、かつ、該組成物が芳香族有機溶剤を実質的に含まないことを特徴 とする水性塗料組成物。
- 2.前記の樹脂が、少なくとも一部ハロゲン化されたポリオレフィン樹脂物質で あり、かつ、該ポリオレフィン樹脂が約2〜約10重量%の量で存在する請求の 範囲1に記載の水性塗料組成物。
- 3.前記のハロゲン化ポリオレフィン物質が、約2〜約5重量%の量で存在する 請求の範囲2に記載の水性塗料組成物。
- 4.前記のハロゲン化ポリオレフィン物質が、約15,000〜約30,000 の分子量を有する請求の範囲1に記載の水性塗料組成物。
- 5.前記のハロゲン化ポリオレフィン物置が、約22,000〜約29,000 の分子量を有する請求項4に記載の水性塗料組成物。
- 6.前記のハロゲン化ポリオレフィン物質が、約10〜約40重量%の塩素含量 を有する塩素化ポリオレフィンである請求の範囲1に記載の水性塗料組成物。
- 7.前記のポリオールが、グリコールである請求の範囲1に記載の水性塗料組成 物。
- 8.前記のポリオールが、アルキレングリコールである請求項1に記載の水性塗 料組成物。
- 9.前記のポリオールが、約3〜約10%の量で存在する請求の範囲1に記載の 水性塗料組成物。
- 10.前記の界面活性剤が、アルコキシル化ノニオン界面活性剤である請求の範 囲1に記載の水性塗料組成物。
- 11.前記のノニオン界面活性剤が、約0.05〜約15%の量で存在する請求 の範囲1に記載の水性塗料組成物。
- 12.前記のノニオン界面活性剤が、界面活性剤1モル当り約7〜約10個のエ チレンオキサイド基を有する請求の範囲1に記載の水性塗料組成物。
- 13.前記のアミンが、アルキルアミン、アルキルジアミン、アルキノールアミ ン、シアルキノールアミン、第三アミン、ポリ(オキシアルキレン)ジアミンお よびこれらの混合物から成る群から選ばれる請求の範囲1に記載の水性塗料組成 物。
- 14.前記のアミンが、少なくとも1個のヒドロキシ、エポキシ、またはプロポ キシ基をさらに含む請求の範囲1に記載の水性塗料組成物。
- 15.前記のアミンが、2−アミノ−2−メチル−1−プロパノール、トリエチ ルアミン、トリエタノールアミン、ジエタノールアミン、ジメチルエタノールア ミン、ジメチル−アミノ−エタノール、2−ジメチルアミノ−2−メチル−1− プロパノール、およびこれらの混合物から成る群から選ばれる請求の範囲1に記 載の水性塗料組成物。
- 16.前記のアミンが、塗料組成物の全重量の約0.01〜約10%の量で存在 する請求の範囲1に記載の水性塗料組成物。
- 17.前記のアミンが、塗料組成物の全重量の約0.05〜約3%の量で存在す る請求の範囲1に記載の水性塗料組成物。
- 18.カーボンブラックを含む添加剤混合物がさらに含まれる請求の範囲1に記 載の水性塗料組成物。
- 19.前記の添加剤混合物が、約20〜約25重量%のカーボンブラック、約1 5〜約25重量%のグリコール、約1〜約3重量%のノニオン界面活性剤および 約50〜約65重量%の水から成る請求の範囲18に記載の水性塗料組成物。
- 20.増粘剤がさらに含まれる請求の範囲1に記載の水性塗料組成物。
- 21.導電性顔料がさらに含まれる請求の範囲1に記載の水性塗料組成物。
- 22.基材に請求の範囲1に記載の組成物を適用することから成る基材を被覆す る方法。
