Claims (7)
- 1.使用中その流速が測定されるべき液体と熱的に接触するよう設けられたボデ ィと、ボディに熱的に接触しているヒーターと、ボディの温度を測定するための 第1温度センサーと、液体の温度を測定するための第2温度センサーと、ヒータ ーに電力を供給するための装置と、ボディと液体との間に前もって決められた選 択された温度差を維持するようヒーターに供給される電力の割合い(レート)を 制御するための装置と、ヒーターに供給される電力の割合いを測定するための装 置と、そして測定された電力供給の割合い(レート)から流速を計算するための 装置とを有する流速計において、上記電力供給装置は、最大の割合いで電力を供 給しても前もって決められた選択された温度差を維持するには不十分であるとい う場合には、前もって決められた最大の割合いにおける電源供給の割合いを維持 するように動作し、そして計算装置は、電力供給の割合いが電力供給の前記最大 の割合いである時には温度差から流速を計算するよう動作することを特徴とする 流速計。
- 2.ボディと液体との間の温度差が前もって決められた最小温度差よりも小さい ならば、電力供給装置は前もって決められた最大の割合いにまで電力供給の割合 いを増加させるように動作するような、請求の範囲第1項に記載の流速計。
- 3.ボディと液体との間の温度差が前もって決められた量大温度差よりも大きい ならば、電力供給装置は前もって決められた最小の割合いにまで電力供給の割合 いを減少させるように動作するような、請求の範囲第1項または第2項記載の流 速計。
- 4.上記電力供給制御装置は、温度差を前記前もって決められた選択された温度 差に周期的に比較し、そして温度差が前記前もって決められた選択された温度差 よりもそれぞれ小さい、または大きい時に、前もって決められた大きさのステッ プによって電力供給の割合いを増加、または減少させるための装置を含むような 、請求の範囲第1項、第2項または第3項記載の流速計。
- 5.延長された周期にわたって生じる、温度差の変化に応答して前記前もって決 められた選択された温度差の値を調節するための装置を含むような、請求の範囲 第2項または第3項または請求範囲第4項に記載の流速計。
- 6.電力供給の割合いが前もって決められた割合いを越えている流速計の動作時 間の比例関数として、前記一定の温度差の値が減じられるような、請求の範囲第 4項記載の流速計。
- 7.電源供給装置が、ヒーターにエネルギーを与えるパルス列を供給するプログ ラマブルパルス幅変調電源を有しているような、請求範囲1から6までのうちい ずれかに記載の流速計。
