Claims (9)
- 1.アンモニアもしくは窒素を含有している別の物質、又はアンモニアもしくは 窒素を生成する物質が煙道ガスへ供給され、そして得られた混合物が反応容器へ 供給される、燃焼プロセスにおいてNOxの排出を減少させるための方法であっ て、吸収剤例えば石灰石又はドロマイトが加えられた加圧流動層での燃焼からの 煙道ガスヘ、煙道ガスとこれに浮遊している粉塵粒子とが存在している自由な空 間を含む最初の帯域において煙道ガスの成分と反応させるためにアンモニアを注 入し、次いでこのアンモニアを第二の帯域において、粉塵粒子の濃縮により形成 される固体表面と接触させることを特徴とする、上記の方法。
- 2.前記アンモニア及び前記物質をそれぞれ、煙道ガスの流れへいくつかの段階 で供給する、請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。
- 3.前記アンモニア又は前記物質がキャリヤーによって供給される、請求の範囲 第1項又は第2項記載の方法。
- 4.前記キャリヤーがスチームからなる、請求の範囲第3項記載の方法。
- 5.前記アンモニアがキャリヤーとして使用されるスチームを使って苛性アンモ ニアを蒸発させることにより供給される、請求の範囲第4項記載の方法。
- 6.前記アンモニアがいくつかの注入点からノズルを通して注入される、請求の 範囲第1項から第5項までのいずれかに記載の方法。
- 7.前記キャリヤーの流れが、注入ノズルの前の圧力が注入ノズルの後の圧力よ りも>50%高いように制御される、請求の範囲第3項から第6項までのいずれ かに記載の方法。
- 8.前記粉塵粒子の濃縮が、煙道ガスをフィルターを通して、粉塵粒子をこのフ ィルター上にろ過ケークとして集めながら導くことにより達成される、請求の範 囲第1項記載の方法。
- 9.前記加えられた吸収剤の最大粒度が当該流動層へ供給される燃料の最大粒度 と同じオーダーである、請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。
