- 中央に半導体素子収納部とその周囲四方に平板
状の外部リードを有する半導体装置において、前
記外部リードの少くとも１本のリードに丸状、長
丸、角状等の穴、もしくは先端にＵ又はＶ字状の
切欠きを設けたことを特徴とする半導体装置。
