第１図は本考案の取付けバンドによつて合成樹
脂製エアクリーナケーシングを抱き込み締付けた
状態の正面図、第２図はその側面図、第３図はバ
ンドの開口部に組付けられた部品の断面拡大図を
示す。 １……バンド、２……締付け板、３……支持板
、５……開口部、６……座面、７……座面、８…
…連結軸、１１……ボルト、１２……コイルスプ
リング、１３……ワツシヤ。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 所定位置に固着された帯状バンドで筒形エアク
    リーナのケーシングを抱き込み、バンドの開口部
    を相互に引き寄せ締付ける形式の取付けバンドに
    おいて、筒形ケーシングの外周と同等内径の環状
    とした帯状バンドの、バンド固着位置から離れた
    任意の箇所に所定の間隔を保つ開口部があり、そ
    の両端は半径方向外側に平行に折り曲げてそれぞ
    れ座面を形成し、両座面中央に同心でいずれか一
    方を大径に、他方を小径とした連結穴を設け、そ
    の大径穴とは若干隙間を持つ直径の連結軸で、軸
    両端面中央には前記座面の小径穴に適合するボル
    ト用のねじ穴が設けてあり、これを大径穴の座面
    より挿嵌して他方の座面へ当接させ、前記ねじ穴
    を介しボルト締めで座面を挾持し固着する一方、
    軸他端は大径穴の座面より所定長さだけ突出する
    長さとし、軸に巻きつく状態のコイルスプリング
    を端部より嵌装し、バンドによりケーシングを抱
    き込み後抑えワツシヤにより軸端より長いコイル
    スプリングを軸端に当接するまで圧縮し、このワ
    ツシヤを前記ねじ穴を介しボルト締めで固着する
    ことにより、スプリングの圧力で両座面が開口部
    を狭める方向に付勢され、ケーシングを締付け固
    定することを特徴とした筒形エアクリーナ用取付
    けバンド。
