【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 この発明は掘削孔内に根固めコンクリートを打
設してその中に杭を挿入する杭の埋込み工法に関
するものである。

種々開発、実施されているが何れも打撃工法のよ
うに杭のもつ耐力に見合う程度の支持力が発揮で
きず、比較的小さい支持力しか認められていな
い。出願人は先端の拡大部に生コンクリートを使
用するプレボーリング工法を提案している(特開
昭56−6822号公報参照)。

を打設し、そのコンクリート中に先端が定着する
ように既製杭を建込む工法である。

この工法の施工の概要は第1図乃至第6図に示
す通りであり、先端部を拡大した実施例を示す。
そして先ず泥水工法を利用して掘削機1により地
盤を削孔Aし(第1図参照)、次いで拡大ヘツド
2により拡大孔Bの掘削を行い(第2図参照)、
次いで拡大孔Bの底部のスライムSを処理し(第
3図参照)、次いでスライム軟固化物の下側にセ
メントミルクを注入し、続いてコンクリート3を
掘削機1のロツドを通じて打設し(第4図参照)、
次いで掘削機1を引上げ(第5図参照)、次いで
既製杭Cをコンクリート3中に挿入する。

カリ、酸類の溶液あるいはセメント、石膏、炭酸
カルシウム等の懸濁液を使用する。また水ガラス
と硬化剤の量及びスライム軟固化強度は掘削ビツ
トの形状スライム粒度分布、含水比等によつて変
化させる。スライム処理剤としてセメントミルク
を使用する場合、セメント、石灰あるいは市販の
セメント系軟弱土改良剤等を使用する。施工に際
しては前記水ガラスまたはセメントミルクをビツ
ト先端よりスライム中に注入し、スライムと攪拌
後ロツドの回転を停止してスライムを軟硬化させ
る。次いでスライムの軟硬化物S′の下にセメント
ミルクを圧入し、かつ掘削ヘツドにスライム硬化
物を乗せる形でロツド、すなわち掘削機1を引上
げる。その引上げ速度はセメントミルク圧入量に
見合うようにする。次いでスライム処理のセメン
トミルクを生コンクリートに切り替え、所定の高
さ、すなわち拡大孔B内に充填しうる量とし、必
要によりその上に杭周固定液を注入しながら拡大
ヘツド2を縮小し、掘削機1を引き上げ、次いで
既製杭Cを挿入する。

製杭を挿入するので、場所打ち杭の部分が十分な
支持力をもたらし、従来のセメントミルク工法よ
りも高い支持力が期待できる。
