(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) When a guardrail or a wire mesh fence is used as the above-mentioned road partitioning means, the road becomes extremely desolate. In particular, concerns about the decline in trees due to urbanization are currently calling for the promotion of greening campaigns in various fields.
Guardrails or wire mesh fences, such as those described above, go against this movement.

In addition, if a so-called green belt is established where plants are planted, although the purpose of afforestation is achieved, there are safety issues, such as when a car drives into the oncoming lane at high speed, or the green belt runs into the green belt. Problems such as people entering the area were forced to arise.

(Effects of the invention) The present invention consists of a grounding block 1, an intermediate block 2, and a ceiling block, which are constructed by integrally connecting shelf blocks at the center of both sides in the longitudinal direction and using the entire upper surface as a surface for planting plants. Each block of board block 3,

In the illustrated embodiment, plants are planted on the upper surfaces of the grounding block 1, the intermediate block 2, and the top block 3, in other words, on three tiered shelves. Therefore, the entire planting area is a space that is open in the front-rear direction, and good ventilation for the planted plants is therefore achieved. At the same time, it also alleviates wind damage (wind that hits the wall reflects back toward the road, creating vortexes, etc.) that occurs in wall-shaped structures that completely block wind circulation.

Furthermore, the present invention provides that each raised body 1b, 1b, 2b, 2
For the openings 1c and 2c of b, the intermediate block 2
Engagement protrusions 2d and 3d, which are provided on the lower surface of the center of both short sides of the top plate block and have a vertical width shorter than the openings 1c and 2c, are connected to the openings 1c and 2.
Since it is configured to fit into the upper part of the opening 1c, 2c and the engaging protrusion 2d, 3
Based on the fitting of d, the purpose of stabilizing the stacking of each block is achieved, and at the same time, an opening for passing a communication cable or the like is formed in the openings 1c and 2c. Accordingly, when the center line partition or the like is constructed, the grounding block 1 portion and the intermediate block 2 portion are in communication with each other along the entire length in the line direction based on the presence of the opening. Therefore, it is possible to lay communication cables, electric wires, etc. in the line direction in a completely concealed state.
