(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) When a guardrail or a wire mesh fence is used as the above-mentioned road partitioning means, the road becomes extremely desolate. In particular, there are concerns about the decline in trees due to urbanization, and calls are being made to promote greening in various fields.
Guardrails or wire mesh fences, such as those described above, go against this movement.

In addition, if a so-called clean belt for planting plants is installed, although the purpose of greening is achieved, there are safety issues, such as when a car drives into the green belt at high speed, it may jump into the oncoming lane or land on the green belt. Problems such as people entering the area were forced to arise.

As a result, in the construction state of the center line partition, etc., the first part of the grounding block and the second part of the intermediate block have grooves that communicate with each other along the entire length in the line direction and whose upper surfaces are covered, based on the existence of the above-mentioned hollow part. It comes to exist. Therefore, by passing communication cables, electric wires, etc. through the groove, these can be completely hidden by the dedicated slot, and wiring can be accomplished in a good storage atmosphere.

In other words, if there is no such groove, it is necessary to form an insertion opening for wiring communication cables, etc.
Otherwise, it is necessary to attach a wiring member to the outside of the block, but according to the present invention, a groove for accommodating the covered communication cable etc. is automatically formed based on the assembly of the block. completely eliminate such problems.
