〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、人体頭皮に塗布して極めて有効な発
毛作用を現わす発毛剤に関する。 〔従来の技術〕 一般に養毛剤または発毛剤と称するものの代表
的成分は女性ホルモンあるいは副腎皮質ホルモン
である例が多い。男性に禿頭が多く女性に禿頭が
ない理由は、男性が男性ホルモン過多になりやす
く女性にはそのようなことがないことにあるらし
いとは、実証されてはいないが広く信ぜられてい
る。 養毛剤、発毛剤に女性ホルモンを用いる例が多
いのは、この関係に基づいて男性の男性ホルモン
過多である皮膚組織に女性ホルモンを補う効果を
狙つていることは明らかである。従来、女性ホル
モン、ビタミン(EまたはH)、アルコール、メ
ントールなどを加えたものを成分とするものが知
られている。しかしながら、例外なく発毛効果が
ないのが実態であり、また養毛剤と称するもの
も、使用者が効果を認め得ないながら万一の期待
を持つて使用しているもののようである。 〔発明が解決しようとする課題〕 しかも、不適当な濃度のホルモン剤を使用する
ために皮膚に炎症を起こし、併せて配合したアル
コールの刺激によつて発毛しないのみならず脱毛
する例が多い。要するに、発毛能力のある発毛剤
が皆無である現状にある。 本発明者は、以上の市販発毛剤の実態にかんが
み研究を重ねた。女性ホルモン(卵胞ホルモン)
あるいは副腎皮質ホルモンをそれぞれ単独に使用
することは、その特性から見て合理性があるがそ
の濃度条件には研究の余地があると考えられる。
円形脱毛症には0.5%濃度の副腎皮質ホルモンが
使用されるが、長期使用の場合は濃度に問題があ
る。そこで、従来考えられず試みられた例もない
超低濃度域の可能性を試みる必要がある。卵胞ホ
ルモンと副腎皮質ホルモンとを併用した例は未だ
ないが、併用しかつ特定混合比とすることに可能
性がある。また、蛋白質の代謝作用剤としてビタ
ミンを使用する例が従来からあるが、適確で強い
代謝作用を発揮する組合わせを検索することが重
要である。 本発明は、以上の問題点にかんがみて検索の
上、頭皮に塗布して発毛する発毛剤の創製を目的
としている。 〔課題を解決するための手段〕 本発明は、卵胞ホルモン、副腎皮質ホルモン及
びビタミンB2を主成分とする超低濃度水溶液に
よつてなる頭髪発毛剤である。 次に発明に至る経過を説明する。卵胞ホルモ
ン、副腎皮質ホルモン及びビタミンB2の発毛作
用につき低濃度域を検索した。方法は調整液1c.c.
を1日2回頭皮に塗布した。結果を第1表に示
す。

ンは卵胞ホルモンの発毛効果を強める作用があ
り、卵胞ホルモン対副腎皮質ホルモンの重量比の
値が0.1〜0.4の範囲で発毛効果を示すことも確認
した。また、ビタミンB2を発毛剤に用いた従来
例はないが、本発明において初めてビタミンB2
を用い、しかも3主成分のうちの1主成分として
顕著な効果を示すことを認めた。配合例Cの各成
分は、欠くべからざる主成分と異なり、脇役的効
果を示すものである。マレイン酸クロルフエニラ
ミンは副腎皮質ホルモンの作用を強めるものであ
り、塩酸ピリドキシン、ニコチン酸アミド、パン
トテニルアルコール、DL−メチオニンは何れも
ビタミンB2の蛋白質代謝作用を強める効果があ
ることを認めた。 〔実施例〕 前記配合例B液を、1日1〜2回塗布し、1か
月で約50〜100c.c.を使用する割合で試験した。60
名に適用したが、全員に発毛と白髪の黒変を認め
た。若禿には3か月で効果が認められ、75才の男
性にも発毛を認めた。 次に数例を示す。 (1) 30才の男、3か月間に300c.c.使用、1日1〜
2回塗布、左側頭部手のひら大の禿が完全発
毛。 (2) 43才の男、2か月間に120c.c.使用、1日1〜
2回塗布、前頭部の禿が完全発毛。 (3) 30才の男、2か月間に120c.c.使用、1日1回
塗布、頭頂部の禿が完全発毛。 (4) 60才の男、1.5か月間に200c.c.使用、1日2回
塗布、白髪と薄毛が黒変し発毛。 比較例 1 前記配合例C液を実施例と同様にして5名に3
か月間適用したが発毛を認めなかつた。 比較例 2 前記配合例Aから酢酸プレドニゾロンを除いた
液を用いた他は実施例と同様にして5名に3か月
間適用したが、発毛を認めなかつた。 比較例 3 前記配合例Aから安息香酸エストラジオールを
除いた液を用いた他は実施例と同様にして5名に
3か月間適用したが、発毛を認めなかつた。 〔発明の効果〕 卵胞ホルモン、副腎皮質ホルモン及びビタミン
B23成分の超低濃度配合液によつて発毛が可能
