Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a hair restorer containing specific amounts of estrogen, corticosteroid and vitamin B2 at specific weight ratios, capable of exhibiting extremely effective hair restoration activity without causing inflammation of the skin when applied to the head. CONSTITUTION:The objective hair restorer for head is prepared by using (A) 0.0033-1.0mg of an estrogen such as benzoic acid estradiol, (B) 0.018-2.75mg of a corticosteroid such as cortisone acetate (the weight ratio of A/B is 0.01-4.0) and (C) 0.085-25.5mg of vitamin B2 as main components, and dissolving the components homogeneously in 100cc of purified water. Even if the agent is absorbed and accumulated in the skin tissue by the extended use, it does not reach an amount to cause the inflammation of the skin and suppress the restoration of the hair.

タミンB、を発毛剤に用いた従来列はない。本発明にお
いて初めてビタミンB、を用い、しかも欠くことのでき
ない生成分として顕著な発毛効果を示すことを認めた。

、バントテニルアルコール0.25■、DL−メチオニ
ン1■を100CCの精製水に均質分散した。この液を
調製するために、これ等の各物質は注射用アンプル入り
液を用いたがその純度は約100%である。例えば安息
香酸エストラジオールはアンプル入り水性態濁液ICr
、に0,2■を含むが、この1cr、液を精製水4tに
均質に溶解した(低濃度であるから完全に溶解する)。

発毛する。同時に(卵胞ホルモン)/(副腎皮質ホルモ
ン)の重量比の値が0.01〜40の範囲にあるときの
み発毛する。換言すると、卵胞ホルモン、副腎皮質ホル
モン、ビタミンB2 の3成分が夫々前記の濃度範囲に
あり、併せて卵胞ホルモンと副腎皮質ホルモンの量的比
率が前記の条件を満足するときのみ発毛効果を現わすこ
とを認めた。

本発明の効果についてさらに具体的に説明すると、卵胞

布して皮膚組織に吸収蓄積するとしても炎症をおこしか
つ発毛を阻害するほどの量に達することがない。しかも
、この超低濃度において発毛作用が現われることを初め
て確認した。副腎皮質ホルモンは卵胞ホルモンの発毛効
果を強める効果があるが、卵胞ホルモン対副腎皮質ホル
モンの重量比の値が001〜4.0の範囲で発毛効果を
示すことも初めて確認した。また、ビタミンB2が蛋白
質代謝作用を持つことは従来から知られているか、ビタ
ミンB2 を発毛剤に用いた従来例はない。本発明にお
いて初めてビタミンB2を用い、しかも欠くことのでき
ない主成分として卵胞ホルモン、副腎皮質ホルモン及び
ビタミンB2の3成分系において顕著な発毛効果を示す
ことを認めた。
