[Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to a laminated card in which a plastic film is polymerized and laminated on both sides of a card base material with a photo pasted on one side, and the outline of the photo pasted area is visible on the back side of the card. This is an attempt to prevent product values from declining due to the emergence of guo et al.

Conventionally known laminated cards of this kind with photographs etc. are pasted on the surface with thermoplastic plastics on both sides, as disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11099/1983. Cards are commonly made by laminating sheets by stacking them and applying heat and pressure from both sides.
However, since such cards are heated and pressurized during manufacture, the outline of the photo pasted on the front surface appears on the back of the card, which not only significantly impairs the aesthetic appearance but also reduces the product value. This tendency is particularly noticeable when a company emblem or coat of arms is printed on the back of the card.

Therefore, the present inventors formed a recess or window corresponding to the size and thickness of the photograph on the surface of a flat card base material, fitted the photograph into the recess or window, and then After polymerizing the backing paper with a heat-resistant plastic sheet on the back side,
A method was developed in which the entire structure was heated and laminated with plastic film in the shape of a sandwich.

Therefore, the present invention aims to solve these difficulties and obtain an ideal laminated card. Specifically, the present invention aims to solve these difficulties and obtain an ideal laminated card. In a card made by polymerizing a plastic film and laminating it under heat, the above-mentioned card base material covers almost the entire surface of the card in order to uniformly spread the heating and pressing force applied during the lamination pack. The present invention relates to a laminated card containing photographs, etc., characterized in that it uses a thin sheet of spring material of the same size and has a surface layer material polymerized and integrated on both sides thereof.

The specific contents of the present invention will be explained below based on the illustrated embodiments. 1 is a thin sheet of spring material, 2 and 3 are surface layer materials that are polymerized and integrated on both sides of the thin sheet of spring material 1. The thin sheet 1 of the spring material and the surface materials 2 and 3 constitute a card base material.

For example, materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloys, copper alloys such as beryllium copper, etc., with a thickness of approximately 0.01 to 0.6 m/m shall be used. It effectively disperses the heat and pressure that concentrates on the protruding parts and edges of the card, and also acts to automatically double the distortion of the entire card.

The surface layer materials 2 and 3 are selected from materials that are compatible with the thin spring material sheet 1 and the plastic films 5, 5, and have excellent adhesive properties such as those shown in Photo 4. Specifically, plain paper such as high-quality paper,
Adhesive paper, cloth, non-woven fabric, paint, etc. are used, and the thickness depends somewhat on the thickness of the thin sheet 1 of the spring material mentioned above, but the thickness is such that it is not affected by the spring material when laminated, for example. It is preferable to use a spring material having a thickness that does not allow the color or irregularities of the spring material to pass through or stand out on the surface during bonding, preferably in the range of 0.1 m/m to 0.3 m/m.

The plastic film 5 is, for example, a laminate film made by laminating a polyester film with an adhesive such as polyethylene or ionomer resin, and a card with photo 4 pasted between the plastic films 5, 5 such as this laminate film. Approximately 120% by using a laminate parka that can be heated and pressurized after sandwiching the base material.
The desired laminated card containing photographs, etc. can be obtained by heating and pressurizing it to about 150°C and laminating it.

As mentioned above, the present invention uses a thin sheet of spring material with a size that covers almost the entire surface of the card as the card base material. It is possible to spread the heating over the entire area, and due to its unique elasticity, it is possible to even out the pressure applied locally due to the pressure applied during the lamination pack, so the photo is printed on the back of the completed laminated card. It is possible to completely prevent the outline of the pasted portion from appearing. In addition, the thin sheet of spring material used as the card base material has a surface layer material polymerized and integrated on both sides, so that the thin sheet of spring material 1 and the plastic films 5, 5 are compatible with each other. Good adhesion.

Furthermore, compared to conventional cards of this type, there is no need to create recesses or windows in the card base material for fitting according to the size and thickness of the photo to be pasted, and it is only necessary to paste it onto the card base material. Therefore, various beneficial effects such as cost reduction can be achieved.
