本考案は一面側に写真等を貼り合わせたカード
基材の両面にプラスチツクフイルムを重合してラ
ミネートパツクしたラミネートカードに関し、カ
ードの裏面に写真貼付部分の輪郭等が顕郭等が顕
現されて商品価値を下落させるのを防止しようと

ードにあつては、たとえば特開昭52−11099号公
報に開示されているような、表面に写真等を貼り
付けた後、その両面に熱可塑性プラスチツクシー
トを重ね合わせ、かつその両側から加熱・加圧し
てラミネートパツクしたカードが一般的である。
しかしながら、このようなカードにあつてはその
製造に際して加熱加圧されるために表面に貼付け
た写真の輪郭がカードの裏面に顕現されてしまい
著しく美感を損うばかりでなく商品価値を下落さ
せる問題があり、とくにカードの裏面に社標や紋
章等を印刷するような場合においてはこの傾向は

し、理想的なラミネートカードを得ることを目的

ツクフイルムを重合し、かつこれを加熱ラミネー
トしてカード化したものにおいて、上記したカー
ド基材はラミネートパツクの際にうける加熱、お
よび押圧力を均一に拡散させるべく、カードの略
全面にわたる大きさのバネ材の薄板シートを用
い、かつその両面に表層材を重合一体化させたこ
とを特徴とする写真等入りラミネートカードに関

い厚みであり好ましくは0.1m/m〜0.3m/m厚

の裏面に写真貼付部分の輪郭等が顕現されるのを
完全に防止することができる。またカード基材と
してのバネ材の薄板シートには、その両面に表層
材を重合一体化させたためにバネ材の薄板シート
1と、プラスチツクフイルム5,5との馴染がよ
