【発明の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】この発明は、果実、野菜、鮮魚の
ような食品などの各種の品物を詰める合成樹脂シートな
どで作った薄壁容器に関し、特に、蓋の開閉を容易なら
しめるように構成したものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来の薄壁容器１は、合成樹脂シートを
ブロー成型して作ったものであって、図４に示すように
、平坦な周縁部２で囲まれた凹部３を有し、この凹部３
に品物を詰めたのち、他の平らな薄い合成樹脂のシート
（図示せず）で閉じ、この合成樹脂のシートを薄壁容器
１の周縁部２に封着していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかし、このように、
薄い合成樹脂のシートで閉じると、積み重ねた際に容器
内の品物を傷めるので、多段に積み重ねることはできな
かった。また、蓋となる薄い合成樹脂のシートには、品
物の出所や品質を印刷して表示することが困難であるか
ら、出所や品質を印刷した紙を同封していた。
【０００４】さらに、水分が少なく水漏れしない品物を
薄壁容器へ詰める場合には、容易に蓋の開閉ができるこ
とが望ましく、積み重ねても薄壁容器内の品物を傷めな
いことが必要である。

【課題を解決するための手段】周縁部２で囲まれた１個
以上の品物を詰める凹部３と、周縁部２に上向きに突出
して形成されたリブ２３とを有し、このリブ２３の内側
の壁面２４と頂部とのなす角度を鋭角に形成したもので
ある。

【作用】周縁部２に上向きに突出したリブ２３の内側の
壁面２４と頂部とのなす角度を鋭角に形成すると、リブ
２３の頂部の内側の間隔ａは、リブ２３の底部の内側の
間隔ｂよりも小さく設定されることになり、ボール紙の
ような厚手の紙または硬質の合成樹脂シートで蓋４を作
り、蓋の幅ｃを、リブ２３の頂部の間隔ａよりも大きく
、リブ２３の底部の間隔ｂよりも小さくしておくと、蓋
４を強く押し付けることにより、蓋４を容易に落とし込
むことができる。

【実施例】この発明の薄壁容器１は、合成樹脂シートを
ブロー成型して作られるものであって、図１の斜視図に
示すように、周縁部２で囲まれた１個以上の品物を詰め
る凹部３を有し、この凹部３は、詰める品物および個数
に合わせた形状をしており、そして、周縁部２には、凹
部３を取り囲むように上向きに突出したリブ２３が形成
されている。
【０００８】図２の縦断面図に周縁部２を拡大して示す
ように、リブ２３は、外側の平坦面２１と内側の平坦面
２２から上向きに突出しており、リブ２３の内側の壁面
２４と内側の平坦面２２とのなす角度、および、壁面２
４とリブ２３の頂部とのなす角度は、鋭角に形成されて
いる。したがって、リブ２３の頂部の内側の間隔ａは、
リブ２３の底部の内側の間隔ｂよりも小さく設定されて
いる（ａ＜ｂ）。
【０００９】そして、リブ２３の内側の壁面２４と内側
の平坦面２２で形成される段部に、図３に示すような蓋
４が嵌め込まれる。この蓋４は、ボール紙のような厚手
の紙または硬質の合成樹脂シートが適し、その幅ｃは、
リブ２３の頂部の間隔ａよりも大きく、リブ２３の底部
の間隔ｂよりも小さく設定されている（ａ＜ｃ＜ｂ）。
【００１０】薄壁容器１は、合成樹脂シートで作られた
ものであって、変形し易いので、蓋４を強く押し付ける
ことにより、容易に段部に落とし込むことができる。
【００１１】図３に示すように、蓋４には、指を入れる
孔４２または切欠き４１が設けられているから、この孔
４２または切欠き４１に指を入れて引き上げることによ
り容易に蓋４を取り外すことができる。

【発明の効果】以上の実施例に基づく説明から明らかな
ように、この発明の薄壁容器によると、蓋４の開閉が容
易であり、蓋４を硬質のシ−トで作っておくと、品物を
詰めた容器を積み重ねても、容器内の品物を圧し潰すこ
とがないという効果を奏することができる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】　　周縁部で囲まれた１個以上の品物を詰
    める凹部と、上記周縁部に上向きに突出して形成された
    リブとを有し、該リブの内側の壁面と頂部とのなす角度
    を鋭角に形成したことを特徴とする薄壁容器。
