Claims (1)
- 紙葉状体の通過経路に設けられる静電検出部に
よつて検出される静電検出信号を信号処理回路に
より信号処理して紙葉状体を検出する紙葉状体の
静電検出装置において、前記静電検出部は、通過
経路を通る紙葉状体の表裏一方側に配置される第
１の電極と、紙葉状体の表裏他方側に第１の電極
に対向して配置される基準電極と、紙葉状体の側
端面に対向して配置される第２の電極とを備え、
前記第２の電極の表面は前記紙葉状体の表面と同
一か又はそれよりも低い位置に設けたことを特徴
とする紙葉状体の静電検出装置。
