- 工作物の加工基準面に対向する部位に複数の非
接触式の距離センサーを配設した測定器を加工ラ
イン中に設置し、前記複数の非接触式の距離セン
サーの信号に基づいて前加工工程による工作物の
加工歪が所定値内であるか否かを判定表示するこ
とを特徴とする工作物の平面度判別装置。
