【発明の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】本発明は湿式排煙脱硫装置などの
排ガス洗浄装置に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来の湿式排煙脱硫装置の一態様を図５
に基づき説明する。図５において、煙道１を遮断する仕
切板２で区画された煙道の一方から未処理排ガスＡを導
き、該ガスＡを仕切板２の下端３下を潜らせ洗浄液Ｂと
気液接触処理させて洗浄させ、もう一方の煙道側の液面
上部より処理排ガスとして排気している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】以上述べたように未処
理ガスが仕切板の下端を通過して他方の液面から排出さ
れる際に洗浄液の液面に液が発生し、仕切板の下端の洗
浄液中没水深が不均一となり、ガス流れのアンバランス
をきたし洗浄効率の低下や圧力変動の原因となっていた
。
【０００４】本発明は係る不具合を解消し、均一なガス
流れとし安定した洗浄効率を得ると共に圧力変動を解消
できる排ガス洗浄装置を提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は下部は洗浄液中
にあり、上部は洗浄液面上の煙道を遮断している仕切板
を設けてなる排ガス洗浄装置において、下端は該仕切板
の下端より下位にあり、上端は洗浄液面よりも上部にあ
る複数の区画板を該仕切板と交差して設けてなることを
特徴とする排ガス洗浄装置である。

【作用】本発明は上記した通りの構成を有するので、仕
切板で区分された煙道の一方から排ガスを導き仕切板の
下部を通過して他方の液面から排出される際に、該面に
発生する波立ちを抑制できる。

【実施例】本発明の一実施態様を図１〜図４を用いて説
明する。図１は本発明の全体における位置付けを説明す
るための態様図で、図１において入口煙道１からの未処
理排ガスＡはその圧力で無通ガス時の洗浄液の液面３′
を液面３まで押し下げ、仕切板５の下端６を通過し、洗
浄液Ｂと気液接触処理され出口煙道２側の液面４から抜
けて、出口煙道２を通って処理排ガスＡ′として排気さ
れる。
【０００８】未処理排ガスＡが流入する側には仕切板５
と交差した複数枚の区画板７が設けてあり、該板７の下
端８は仕切板５の下端６よりも下位にあり、上端９は液
面３より上位となるように設けてあり、同様の区画板７
′が出口煙道２側にも設けてあり、該板７′の下端８′
は液面４よりも下位にあり上端９′は液面４より上位と
なるように設けてある。

平面図を示した。
【００１０】図３は仕切板５が屏風状態様をなす実施例
を示したものであり、排ガスの入口側と出口側の区画板
７及び７′を屏風状仕切板５の凸部で交差するように配
慮した設置態様例である。

平面図を示した。

【発明の効果】本発明によれば、従来問題であった液面
での波立ちによるガス流れのアンバランスに起因した洗
浄効率の低下や圧力変動を解消できる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】　　下部は洗浄液中にあり、上部は洗浄液
    面上の煙道を遮断している仕切板を設けてなる排ガス洗
    浄装置において、下端は該仕切板の下端より下位にあり
    、上端は洗浄液面よりも上部にある複数の区画板を該仕
    切板と交差して設けてなることを特徴とする排ガス洗浄
    装置。
