Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 必要長さに切断された市販鋼管からなるバ
ルブケース１と、このバルブケース１の外側に直
交して取付けられたボンネツト部２と、このボン
ネツト部２内に軸回りに回転可能に取付けられた
弁棒３と、該バルブケース１内に同心的に配置さ
れ且つ該弁棒３に固定された円板状の弁体４と、
この弁体４が流路を遮断する位置にあるときに弁
体４の外周と鋼管内周との間をシールするための
ゴムシートリング５と、このゴムシートリング５
を鋼管内面に固定するための輪状のシートリテー
ナー６とからなるバタフライ弁であつて、 前記のシートリテーナー６が金属製薄肉パイプ
の輪切品を小径部７と大径部８をもつ段付リング
に成形加工してなり、そのさい、該大径部８に外
側に突出する複数個の切欠舌片９を設けておき、
該小径部７の外周面で該ゴムシートリング５の端
縁を鋼管内周面に押えると共に大径部８の該舌片
９を鋼管内面に設けた溝１１に弾性的に嵌着させ
てなるバタフライ弁。 (2) シートリテーナー６は、焼入れ焼戻し処理
によりばね性を具備させてある請求項１に記載の
バタフライ弁。 (3) ゴムシートリング５は、その外周面の縁部
に円周方向の数条の溝１０を有している請求項１
または２に記載のバタフライ弁。
