本発明は、レーザーディスクやディスクメモリ等で代表
される光情報記録媒体に用いれられる光情報記録担体の

て、表面に情報パターン(ビットやプリグループなど)
が反転して形成されたスタンバに未だ流動状態にある紫
外線硬化性樹脂を塗布し、該紫外線硬化性樹脂に透明基
板を圧着し、該透明性基板を透して紫外線を照射するこ
とにより紫外線硬性樹脂を硬化させ、表面に情報パター
ンが転写された光情報記録担体を作製する方法が用いら
れている。その内容は特開昭51−140601.特開
昭53−116105、特開昭54−130902、特
開昭54−138406、特開昭55−4793等に開

[従来技術の問題点コ
上記従来方法に用いられる従来の1造装置につき第1図
により説明する。該装置はスタンパ1、スタンパ表面の
情報パターンと同心になる様にセットされた円柱状の中
心治具5−1、透明性基板2よりなる。透明性基板の内
径と中心治具の嵌合により偏芯の少ない光情報記録媒体
を得るようにしていた。このような例としては、特開昭

改善するために、透明性基板の内径の加工精度を高くし
たとしても、現状では30μm程度の精度しか得られず
、実用レベルとしては、これ以下に偏芯を小さくするこ

るため、第2図に示すように基板に傾きが生じ100μ
m程度の大きな偏芯が発生する傾向がある。また、透明
性基板としてガラス基板を用いる場合、亀裂の発生によ
る基板の割れを防止するため、通常、基板の内径は面取
りされている、この場合面取り精度の振れがあると第3
図に示す様に、断面形状が台形の中心治具による芯出し

本発明者等は、上記目的を達成すべく種々の方法で光情
報記録担体を製造した結果、水平方向に可動な状態の透
明基板の内径にバネ圧により付勢された円錐台状の中心
治具の斜面を押圧することに力により達成することがで
