ンパから剥離する工程とから成ることを特徴とするディ

逐次床がるので気泡による欠陥のない転写が可能となる
。さらに、基板をスタンパに重ねあわせる場合、すべて
の樹脂の点滴がスタンパと点接触するので、基板を傾け
ながら降下させる必要がなく、降下速度の綿密な制御も

点滴状に不連続に塗布する。そしてその基盤をつかみ上
げて裏返し、スタンパ上に移動してスタンパと平行のま
ま降下させ重ね合わせ、軽く押圧、する。そして紫外線
を上方から照射して紫外線硬化樹脂を硬化せしめる。最
後に硬化した樹脂と一体化したディスクをスタンパから
